EAGLE SAM  mascot costume has an oversized head of soft construction, attached oversized Uncle Sam style top hat, red, white and blue tailcoat, vest, shorts, and bow tie.  He also includes the white gloves, yellow tights, and our giant tennies with rubber soles.
